Tender Alchemy is a Bid and Tender consultancy, providing services to support you in winning new business, and retaining existing contracts. Developing your in-house bid capability provides a sustainable method of developing bids and tenders, without the need for expensive outsourced writing and management solutions. To support you in this, we offer the following training modules:

Introduction to Bidding – covering all the basics of pre-bid engagement, bid governance, bid writing, and bid management – 2 hours

Bid writing – how to write compelling answers and maximise marks – 1 hour, or 2-hours with practical walkthroughs
Bid management – how to develop a bid strategy, run kick-off and review sessions, and keep a project on track – 1 hour
Bid reviews – what to look for at each drafting stage and how to maximise marks – 1 hour
Pre-bid engagement – including engaging with commissioners and local organisations, research and market intelligence, developing your service model – 1-2 hours.

We can also develop bespoke modules based on your exact needs.

Training is delivered by two of our experienced consultants, across either one- or two-hour sessions.

Pricing is set at £395+VAT for one hour, or £595+VAT for two hours. We also offer further discounted pricing options for clients that want to purchase multiple modules.
