Lead Consultant - Robert Ward

Robert has been a bid professional for over 14 years, working across writing and management positions, and delivering successful bids in multiple industries. He has written over 400 bids and has experience in bid management and writing for organisations of all sizes and maturities, including numerous SMEs. He is still an active bid management and writing practitioner, directly working on at least 50 projects per year. Robert also provides training, market intelligence, data analysis, and research, as well as managing and setting the direction for the rest of the team.

  • Healthcare Expert - Charlie Goode-Bond

    Charlie has over 17 years of healthcare experience and is still a Qualified Registered Adults Nurse, Health Visitor (SCPHN HV), and Non-Medical Prescriber. She has had hands-on experience in emergency care, planned and unplanned care, and responsive and reactivate services, with clinical areas of expertise including:

    • District/Community Nursing

    • Health Visiting

    • Urgent Care

    • Reablement

    • 0-19 services

    • Mental health services

    • Forensic health services.

    Charlie has also held a number of management and senior management positions across NHS Trusts and Private Healthcare Organisations, including responsibility for business development, and with outstanding project management skills that give her the expertise to be one of our best Bid Managers. She also acts as our key internal Subject Matter Expert for Healthcare, supporting clients with developing service models, CQC compliance, and reviews of bids from a clinical point of view.

  • Research and Administration - Jani Ward

    Working in the sector for over two years, Jani provides invaluable support services to Tender Alchemy, complemented by her background in community services and legal studies.

    Jani is Tender Alchemy’s Researcher, providing consultants and clients with insights and knowledge, including:
